Hotel, Russel Street, Bath

This Hotel bathroom renovation was carried out one room at a time to keep the business fully functioning. The basins were carefully picked so that they provided a space for customer wash bags and toiletries. They are mostly wall hung for ease of cleaning the floor underneath usually with no furniture to reduce the chance of water damage by guests. The majority of the rooms have showers over the bath so guests have the option of either the shower or the bath function. Steel baths were chosen for their strength and resilience to scratches and chemicals.

Most of the mirrors are illuminated with a built in shaver socket on the side to give a sleek appearance. They also have demister pads to stop them steaming up and even some had magnifying zones.

The toilets chosen are back to wall with the concealed cisterns housed in some tiled boxing that also provided a useful ledge and some shelves glass were added above for extra storage. Easy to use taps and showers were picked so that guests could operate without any help or guidance. 

The sleek rooms are minimal, calming and a classic hotel styling that was appropriate with the building.
