Top Floor WC, Tyning Place
You can see from the before images on this project that it was a challenging space to design for. The sloping ceiling and the beam mean that this was not a typical square space. The designer and fitters have done a spectacular job however! This was a complete top floor conversion, with walls being built and new surfaces installed.
The shower has been nested into the end of the room, using an exposed shower valve so that additional stud walling isn’t required. The fixing arm for the glass has been expertly fitted so that it sits just beyond the step in the ceiling. Slimline furniture has been used as it is a long slim room, with a semi-countertop basin on top.
Downlighting has been fitted throughout and this is supplemented by the backlin mirror. Unusually this has been fitted over the radiator rather than the basin as the normal spot is blocked by a window.
