Bathroom 2, Sydney Road, Bath
A very interesting project in collaboration with Charlotte Langley Interior design.
This room features a very traditional style but utilizes a modern design ethos which has resulted in a stunning finished bathroom.
As in the other rooms in this property, the tiles have been matched up with the bath surround and the worktop. The worktop has been cut to fit a pair of underslung basins and the traditional styled tap handles and spouts.
The shower and bath are partciuarly eye-catching. A bespoke surround has been created to hold the bath and at the head is a large plinth. This plinth encloses the wetroom style shower behind the bath which you can simply walk through from one side to the other. The plinth also incorporates recessed storage and a tradtional styled towel rail has been fitted next to the shower so that everything is within easy reach.
This grade listed Georgian property had a previous life as an office space but has been painstakingly converted back into this residential grand mansion. The 7 bathrooms ranged from cloakrooms, bathrooms and wetrooms to the jewel in the piece which was the spacious Master En-suite.
