I recently had a complete bathroom refit for which Total Bathrooms designed and supplied all bathroom fittings. I gave Dan a brief to future proof our older age. The design he came up with initially took me out of my comfort zone but I am absolutely delighted with what is now a very stylish but very practical bathroom/wet room shower.
All staff I came in contact with were very friendly, helpful and professional. Dan worked very hard on my behalf and my new bathroom exceeded all expectations. A very big Thank you to Dan and all staff at Total Bathrooms.

Delighted with our conversion an old fashioned bathroom to modern shower room. Andy did an initial survey and plan and was very helpful in choosing equipment. We took his recommendation of Gary and Lee of Kitchen Fitters of Bath who were outstanding and made several useful suggestions. Our house is very old which created several problems for them but they were always cheerful and hardworking and did an excellent job.
5 Stars for Lorna & Total Bathrooms! I needed to buy two bathrooms on a VERY tight budget and Lorna was unbelievably patient and helpful, as we waded through the seconds boxes for matching taps etc. I have ended up with the most fabulous bathrooms - one with brushed brass taps etc and one chrome) which really do look a million dollars. In fact they may well be better than what I would have ended up with, had I had a bigger budget. The showroom downstairs is fabulous if money is no object but upstairs there is a whole section of seconds ranging from sink units to loos, to bath taps and shower heads. I may have got lucky but I found everything I needed to make a beautiful bathroom with a high end look. I feel that Lorna gave me exactly the same level of service as she would give someone with a much bigger budget. Everything was faultless - The service, delivery and after sales care ..... and of course the bathroom too.
I highly recommend Total Bathrooms. Eddie put together a practical and attractive design solution and the process has been seamless. He went above & beyond in terms of customer service. And the fitter they put me in touch with has been extremely good.
So far the experience with Total Bathrooms has been amazing from the initial home visit from Michelle to the in store consultation which she spent a long time advising and helping us .She also recommended fitters and we have a date for fitting in June ,Hoping this goes as well as the service we have had so far .
Ensuite ,Downstair Cloakroom and vanity unit in main bathroom now completed . Special thanks to Michelle for sorting out a few fitting issues for us . Very happy with everything due to her help ..

Total bathrooms has been great to deal with, from Start to finish. Andy initially contacted me to arrange a home visit to talk through ideas and take a plan and measurements of my Bathroom. He was very friendly and professional. Once the initial plan was designed I attended an in store appointment to talk through the Plan and possible Bathroom furniture designs etc to establish what Items I wanted to install. A list of the items was then produced with a price for each item and overall invoice cost. Andy was easy to get hold of and very accommodating with changes made and never once did I feel pressured in making a decision. Andy and Total bathrooms have been great they are very knowledgeable and the quality of Bathroom Furniture they supply is excellent. I would definitely recommend them.

The showroom is definitely the best in the West. I replaced and modernised an en suite 3 years ago, a cloakroom recently, and am at present replacing the family bathroom suite. Total Bathrooms have planned and supplied all the equipment. First class products backed by a first class team.

Great service from start to finish. Our installer Duncan did an amazing job and Michelle from Total bathrooms couldn’t have been more helpful. Really pleased with the result and would definitely recommend.
I booked a free home survey and Andy came out to measure up and understand my requirements. We then booked to go to the showroom to complete the design process and choose items.
The showroom was great and gave us lots of ideas. My only disappointment in the design process was that at the home survey I had stated I wanted 2 things firstly to remove the bath and just have a shower and secondly move the sink so I could have a mirror above. When we got to the showroom the first of Andy’s suggestions was to maintain our current layout and the 2nd to keep the layout but substitute the bath for a shower.
Putting that aside though Andy then helped design something which would work. I didn’t feel pressured or rushed and Andy was more than happy to go over things multiple times and answer any questions. He was clearly knowledgeable about the products offered and available.
I considered my options over the Christmas period and having spent time eyeing up other peoples bathrooms decided I wanted some changes to what we had previously designed.
Andy was super patient and booked us another appointment in the new year to go through and make adjustments. Again there was absolutely no pressure but I was happy to part with my money and order the goods.
Aqua bathrooms who Total directed us to for fitting were brilliant and all the goods from Total arrived on schedule with the fitters also on time and schedule.
I’m super happy with my final bathroom and the service I got from Total.

Total Bathrooms provided a first class service from start to finish of our new en-suite bathroom. Dave was brilliant with the overall design and helped us throughout the planning and choice of products. Nothing was too much trouble and we would definitely recommend. This is the second time I’ve used Total Bathrooms. This time we replaced 2 bathrooms and a cloakroom. The quality of product, price and service are excellent and I would have no hesitation in recommending them. They have a large showroom with plenty of choice.
