We are so pleased to be OPEN to all customers. We would appreciate you sanitising your hands on arrival at one of the sanitation stations.
With high vaccination rates and the lifting of restrictions, we have decided that you are now welcome to enter the showroom without wearing a mask. We would appreciate you maintaining a 2-meter distance from others if you chose not to wear a mask because Covid rates are still high in the community.
Our entire team is double vaccinated and most staff are wearing masks. However, if you would like a staff member who’s not wearing a mask to wear one please don’t hesitate to ask and they will gladly oblige. If you forget to bring your mask we do have a supply available – please ask. Our consultation desks still have screens in place for your protection.
Whilst you are welcome to pop in to browse or ask for some advice, if you would like to discuss your needs in more detail and get a plan and / or a quotation started then please do book an appointment with one of our designers in advance.
As always we take our duty of care to you and our staff very seriously and our premises is Covid safe with screens, ionisers, masks, gloves and plenty of hand sanitiser. Plus we regularly use cold foggers and clean thoroughly with our own cleaner.
We are now operating all of our usual services in a Covid safe manner:

- Covid Safe In-Store Design Appointments (booking essential)
- Home Surveys
- Trade Counter Enquiries
- Design or Sales Appointments via Video link (Zoom or Whatsapp)
- Email and Phone Orders
- NEW – Click and Collect Clearance Bargains
- Deliveries & Collections
Staff will be at the premises from
Monday to Friday from 8:30am – 5pm and on
Saturday from 9am – 5pm.
