We are so pleased to be OPEN to all customers. We would appreciate you sanitising your hands on arrival at one of the sanitation stations.

 

Masks

Despite the lifting of restrictions, we would really appreciate you wearing a mask whilst walking around the showroom because we desperately want to stay open and to remain fully staffed to serve you well. With the rise of cases in the community due to the relaxation in the rules we are trying to prevent the team from being forced to isolate. If you forget to bring your mask we do have a supply available – please ask.

 

You are welcome to take your mask off when sitting down with one of the team at a consultation desk as these have screens in place for your protection.

 

Appointments

Whilst you are welcome to pop in to browse or ask for some advice, if you would like to discuss your needs in more detail and get a plan and / or a quotation started then please do book an appointment with one of our designers in advance. 

 

Cleanliness

As always we take our duty of care to you and our staff very seriously and our premises is Covid safe with screens, ionisers, masks, gloves and plenty of hand sanitiser. Plus we regularly use cold foggers and clean thoroughly with our own cleaner. 

 

Services available

We are now operating all of our usual services in a Covid safe manner:

 

  1. Browsing – you are free to just turn up and browse the showroom
  2. Covid Safe In-Store Design Appointments (booking essential)
  3. Home Surveys 
  4. Trade Counter Enquiries
  5. Design or Sales Appointments via Video link (Zoom or Whatsapp) 
  6. Email and Phone Orders
  7. NEW – Click and Collect Clearance Bargains
  8. Deliveries & Collections

 

Staff will be at the premises from

Monday to Friday from 8:30am – 5pm and on

Saturday from 9am – 5pm.
