Downlights

This type of light is either fully or semi recessed into the ceiling which requires a hole to be cut. With Downlights in a bathroom make sure they are electrically rated to at least IP44 rated. For a luxury bathroom design, more commonly found with energy saving LED lamps the GU10 fitting is a standard fitting. You can choose warm (yellow tint colour), cool (blue tint colour) or daylight (natural colour). The bezel (round trim) can come in chrome , white, satin chrome (other finishes are available). Fire rated models protect the ceiling from fire after a hole has been cut to hold a new light fitting.
